e.l.f Brightening Eye Colors Swatch & Review

For my first budget makeup review & swatch I have chosen the e.l.f Brightening eye Colors. I bought two of these one in #Drama - Smokey eye & the other in #Nouveau Neutrals - Olive and pink neutral eye. These eyeshadow quads are great little handy kits small enough to
keep in your clutch bag, included is a mirror and applicator sponge brush. The colours are nice some with good levels of pigment others not so much.
